Cream cheese frosting

Butter(at room temp)- 3 Tbsp
Icing sugar(sifted)-2 1/4 C
Cream cheese(cold)-125g
Vanilla extract-1 tsp

  • Beat the butter until creamy,add in the sugar and beat again on med-slow speed until it looks crumbly.
  • Now add all the cream cheese at once and beat on medium speed  until well incorporated.
  • Now turn to med-high speed and beat until the frosting is light and fluffy.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is cold otherwise it may get runny.
