Light & Moist Banana Bread




Ingredients

Ripe peeled Bananas,mashed: 3nos
Nestle Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1 tin(405g)
Butter melted: 75gm
Egg: 1
Vanilla essence: 1tsp
All Purpose flour: 2 1/3cups
Baking powder: 2tsp
Baking soda: 1tsp
Beat the mashed bananas,condensed milk,butter,egg,and vanilla in a bowl until well combined.
Mix in the sifted and combined flour,baking powder and baking soda.
Grease a loaf tin or line it with a baking paper
Pour the mixture into the tin.
Bake in a  170 degrees preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at center comes out clean
Remove from the oven and set aside for 10mins.
Turn onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
